Now all I need is to get me some custom grips. Until then, time to shoot! :D

Beautiful revolver, you will enjoy it. I have 2 SBH's(both Bisley's), and a BH. Function and beauty.

I'm still trying to decide M'BOGO. I started a thread a little while back asking for members to post pics that had custom grips on the Blackhawks and got some good ideas. I'm really liking the Walnut varieties like Claro and English (darker woods). But I also really like the look of stag with a little yellowing. It's very hard to decide. Flat bottoms? Beveled bottoms?

I like almost all of the "natural" custom grip materials.

Why not own several and switch em out on occasion?
Better yet,you need more revolvers to buy or make your own custom grips for.
Ruger makes lots of single actions you know.

OH!! forgot, nice gun pard!!

I know I know...The next one is going to be a .45 of some sort most likely. Lispey's Flatop Blackhawk .45 or a Williams Bisley Blackhawk? Mmmmm 8)

Beautiful revolver, and that's a really fantastic picture! Thanks for sharing it with us.

Elk grips would look good on the stainless :) :) jmho............ nice RUGER.

If you order elk grips be careful where you order them from.
I ordered elk grips for my Speed Six last June and am still waiting. I guess the grip maker is waiting for a bull to grow a pair and shed them before attempting to make mine or something
