I found an old model blackhawk .357 with a 6.5 inch barrel made in 1967, unconverted and no box. There is some slight finish wear, but overall a very clean gun. They are asking $699.99. This seems really high but it has been a long time since I have priced these. I did check Gunbroker to see what they sell for, but the prices are all over the place. Should I keep looking? I really want another old model since I sold all of the ones that I owned previously.

Welcome to the Forum!
In general, way overpriced. A model that was in production for 10 years with tens of thousands made. (It's not a Flattop either.)
In general, around $500 would be much more "fair."

There may be some regional variation, but around here a 98 - 99% .357 Old Model with a 6-1/2 inch barrel would go for $475 - $500 without the box. A short barrel would go for $25 - $50 more, provided it's a factory job.

Hard to tell from your description, but if it's more like 95%, you're down in the $400-$425 range.

I'm originally from Carson City, Nevada and relocated to Dallas,TX. In Nevada I could buy these all day long for about $400.00, but being in a new area and also the current gun environment I wasn't sure what they were selling for. Thank you to everyone for your input.

It really comes down to how bad you want one and how often you find them for sale. Passing on one that seems over priced then not finding one for another year will only add to the price. On the other hand if you see them often paying for one that is over priced would be a tad silly
