Please tell me what you know regarding Red Label KR 1226- B model 4150. Engraved class B?, 12 ga. stainless? Only 46 made?

Sorry for the delay... just getting back after COVID.
There are only 45 of the KRL-1226B. They are serial numbered between 411-03662 and 411-05391.
For the longer 28" barreled KRL-1227B there were a total of 94 made.
