I ran across a Bearcat serial number 78, the gun is about 90% and I am not sure the grips are original. I am curious as to the value and if the low serial number commands a premium. Thanks in advance. John

Welcome to the Forum........... yes, ANY low number (especially that low,2 digit) has a premium value to them, and they should have plain, wood grained "plastic" grips, NO medallions in the grips....gold colored anodized, trigger guard...............normally old model Bearcats run in the $450-500 range, more with any box, papers, and I'd bet a 2 digit gun, even at 90% will push an easy $900- $1000, more with any packaging, especially on an 'auction' never know who has the numbers above or below, they are the ones who will drive the auction...........we paid a LOT for Lauras 2 digit Bearcats years ago 8)

( and they are worth LOT MORE today)
