My girlfriends daugther just got hit while stopped at a stop sign. The person driving the other car was attempting to turn left onto the street she was stopped on. Hit her front bumper and smashed into a parked car on the side of the street.

The driver was 13.... Not even legally able to get a learners permit to drive.....

We think she hit the gas instead of the brake...
