In the AZ oven (Phoenix basin)
One of those days where some things go VERY well, and a few others go LOUSY?!

Today is one of those for me.

Woke up way early this morning (about four hours sleep) and the first thing was I
FEEL GOOD! (strange, anymore). fiddled around until the local emporium of gut
bombs opened and got one. - - - A little later I was tired so I plunked my posterior
in the recliner, pulled up a blanket and it was suddenly 10am.

Checked E-mail and there was one "from" my daughter. Turns out it is a virus that
sends itself to everyone on your contacts list. She is still chasing that (having Linux
it doesn't seem to have been a problem {for me} hope hope hope). She asked me
to contact our Web Host (we each have our own page) since she can't get a real
response from them. - - - That got me started on a problem I've been having in my
web page and (long story short) I found the convoluted access you now have to
use to actually talk with a person (unfortunately they are German so the interaction
is somewhat limited). Got my problem fixed (and added info to my trace {encoded
so anyone that doesnt have the key will not be able to use the information} file).

Tried to get them working on my daughter's problem and I didn't have enough
information to get them going. I DID find the key to direct access to PEOPLE and
gave that to my daughter so she could handle her prob's.

Golly-Gee-Willakers - - - Only took three hours to get a portion done, but I'm at
least able to update my web page again. Sigh.
That's the first ten hours of this day. Double sigh.

Mostly my days go very well now that I'm retired. Today is the exception. Flu shot yesterday, feel like crud. Nothing new, I don't get the virus later, but with pretty much any vaccine the next day or two are achy.

Now if I could just get those two rugrats up north to call...

:D You mean you never heard a McDonald's breakfast sandwich
called a gut bomb? :D
NOPE !!
ME EITHER..... in fact I consider it 'haute cuisine' (even though I can't pronounce it).

Of late I've been making my own Mcmuffins at home.
Toast one English muffin
Steam beaten egg in tuna can with top and bottom removed.
Cut out a round piece of real ham. Fry.
One slice of sharp cheddar.
Stack all together and nuke for 30 seconds.
Serve with coffee and hot sauce.
Yummy!

That describes my "better days" but I consider myself super lucky if the "goods" out number the "bads".
Stress is taking over my life at the moment and causing some health issues. My primary diet seems to be "TUMS" and "Tylenol" so I sure don't need any "gut bombs"

Sure, hauled the Amish crew monday, played cards Tuesday afternoon, nose started to run just a little that night. Wednesday morning, scratchy throat, cough! Played cards Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday night, chills. Thursday morning, fever 101.5 get tested for Covid 19, 9:00 pm doc calls, and I' m positive! Cough makes the ribs hurt, fever down to 99.8, but crapped my shorts in the recliner a few minutes ago! And so it goes! Overloadded
