Nice deer! If he's allowed to live a few more years,,, he has serious trophy potential. Long tines on both the fronts & backs. If he gets some mass & width,,,,,, he'll be stunning!

You're making me miss deer hunting again.
Since I moved from Upstate NY to AZ, I've mostly given up hunting and fishing.
I get out to shoot dove and quail once in a while but haven't hunted deer out here, and as for fishing, very little for obvious reasons.
Every year though, at this time of year, I really miss opening day and deer hunting the week of Thanksgiving.
Used to go with my father and brother-in-law, who is an excellent hunter, and this was one of my favorite times of the year.
These pics remind me of good times shared with them -- thanks!

I have of course gotten way more involved in handgun shooting and collecting though, since AZ gun freedom rocks and NY State, well, you know.
