Customer Service

I must always get the new person who hasn’t “gotten the memo” on giving great Customer Service. The few times I’ve had to contact Ruger, there was no “free” involved.

They also had zero interest in acknowledging the marks on my new .22 GP100 cylinder, as have been documented here (by others).

BTW, I’m always courteous to them on the phone, so that shouldn’t be the issue, either.

Hmmph. :P

Just called Ruger less than an hour ago looking for parts for an SR22. Talked to a real nice lady and the parts are on their way to me at no charge. Thanked the lady and told her this is why I own several Rivers. Great firearms and great service.

I have been using a TruGlo Tru-Brite sight on a Super Blackhawk for years. Now the sight needs a little repair. I asked TruGlo if a part was available that I could buy. I used the "Contact Us" form on their website. I have done this FOUR times and not gotten one word in reply. I have made several attempts to get them on the phone. It is never answered, and the mailbox is always full.

Must be nice to have so much business that they don't have to care about customer service. They aren't getting any more of my business.

I like Rivers also, but I buy Rugers!

Due to the fact that we have moved several times in a few years time. I somehow lost most of my owners manuals for my Rugers. One phone call and they are on the way. No customer service equal to theirs.
