I know this is a frequent topic, customer service, both good and bad.

Anyway, I use a Phillips Sonic Care toothbrush, I have the platinum model which are selling for $150 on Amazon right now. It's 2 and 1/2 years old. I never registered it as a new product, ya know the way companies like you too. Anyway the standard warranty is 2 years. But I was at the dentist today and telling them about the broken toothbrush. They said Phillips has great customer service.

So it took me just a few minutes to find the customer service phone number and call them. A few seconds later I was talking with some guy who is a Dallas Cowboy's fan and he said no problem, they have the ability to override warranty issues and he is sending me a new toothbrush via FedEx. I should have it next week.

WOW! Phillips Sonic care toothbrushes are the way to go. It's just nice to know there are companies who go the extra mile for customers.

Very pleasing to see a company go the distance, shows the corporate attitude is correct when the CS staff enjoy the ability to satisfy the consumer. I'm gonna give em a look myself.

I'm not trying to sell anyone on an expensive toothbrush, but all things considered, the cost of the toothbrush pales in comparison to dental work.
