Custom / Exclusive Models ??

I bought my 22/45 at a gun show because it has camo frame & grips, which I still don't see in the 2011 Ruger catalog - print or online. It's beautiful w/ 5.5 in bull bbl, blued. I've seen other Ruger models which don't appear available too (10/22, LCP, etc.). Question: How do you find the full lineup of options so can pick the one you really want?

Ruger changes their features to match perceived demand. So, different features "come and go".

We list all of our exclusive guns both current and past models at www.lipseysguns.com. The camo 22/45 wasn't by us, but I'm sure some distributor had a run with the frames dipped in camo.

I beleive it was a Big Rock edition from Davidsons. I think around 500 made.

THX both for the info. I'm going to join the Red Eagle News Exchange. I bookmarked Lipseys, which I might regret. I justified the camo 22/45 by saying it'd be the LAST, unless I sell something else (which I never have). I made that promise before with the LCP. Then before that with the Charger 10/22 ... So now it's in print, which should be "legally binding." :roll:
