My "animal rescue" sister brought home a crow one day. Seems like a runt, not sure if anything else was wrong with it. We'd let it out of it's wire dog crate, and it would hang out with us on the driveway.
I got tired of digging worms for it, so at the edge of the driveway I showed it how to dig for worms. I stepped away for a bit, and when I returned, it had dug up about 50 worms and left them along the edge of the driveway!
Another time my father had his ratchet wrench out to work on a trailer. One by one, the crow would grab a shiny socket and hide it in the stone wall. Very funny to watch!
