Haven't tried it but considered it when I recently bought my Mark III. The problem with red laser sights in that they don't work well in sunlight, especially at medium/long distances. They mainly work best in low-light self-defense situations, for which I don't use my Mark III.
I've actually been looking at green laser products, which work better in bright light outdoor range situations. I already have a Bushnell Trophy red dot sight, which is incredible, but wanted to check out lasers.
