I had been thing about a Crosman 2240 but then I saw this.
It seems to have great build quality.

Futuristic looking. I don’t like the fact it’s Chinese made though.
Maybe just stick with the. Crosman?

That looks like a good deal to me. I just ordered a crossman for myself for Christmas though the one I ordered is color Case harden from Turnbull.

I didn’t know they offered CH.
It makes though, a few years ago we were traveling through NY state and drove past Turnbull Restorations. A couple miles down the road was Crosman.

My only aversion to CO2 pellet guns is that I only shoot from five to twenty
rounds per session. With that few I would always be wondering how long it
would hold pressure, before having to put in a new CO2 cartridge.

The other way is to have ones that only hold pressure for a brief time
(cock it each time). I've got a .177 rifle that is over twenty years old and
it still does very well.

Oh well.
YMMV

I have a Ruger MK IV .177 pellet pistol on back order from Midway. Something I can shoot indoors since the cool/cold weather is arriving.
I just got an email from Pyramyd Air that mine has shipped. But it's still shown as not in stock/Pre-Order on the website, so who knows? :?
