Cookies for a sunny disposition

Spring is trying to peek around the corner. Here are some cookies that gave me a sunny disposition, and made me think of the beach.

No, Samantha didn't make these. A buddy of mine is a pastry chef in NY.

Like cookies? I had a Dolly Parton lollipop once, I took her to the tool room cut her up and passed her around. Most of the guys got a pie../chunk.

I see the method to these too. Make a heart, cut the tip and voilá.
