commercial cooler q uestions

My Daughter has a large commercial cooler (8x8x8x) for her flower shop...got some issues and it seems the maintenance guy may be jerking her chain just a bit..wonderning if anyone has experience in the r22 situation in big cooler boxes....got a few questions..many thanks
