I always wanted to see what this conversion would look like, and milled the hammer for it a few years ago, then the gun and rest of the parts ended up back in the safe til a few nights ago. I never tried the 22LR cylinder but in .22 Magnum you have to close your eyes to miss a golf ball at 25 yards. I figured I'd probably just sell it once I played with it a bit but after whackin squirrels out back with it today I'm thinking about keeping it and fitting a Bowen rear sight and Patridge front with a Colt base pin and maybe doing a set of blue nitre pins and screws. It is a shooter.
