I was told that I cannot use Winchester RA9124TP in my PR15. It has a 124 gr. +P. Also, that I could not use RA9TA 127gr. +P+. My 9mm was made in 2011 and it should be able to use either of the two, right or am I being informed wrong :?:
Any advice will be highly appreciated......

A buddy of mine has an older p95, pre rail. I have several boxes of Speer gold dot 124gr +P. He has never hesitated to use this stuff in it.

P95 can handle any commercial production 9mm.

Hey you guys.....thanks for the info. I knew I could depend on you guys.
I had heard about Guard Dog...but to me it didn't show me much on the video, but the Winchester Ranger T did. That's when I was told that my 9 couldn't take the T, it would blow it up in my hand. It would not hold up to that much pressure.
Now I'm satisfied with your info and can be at ease if and when I have to defend my self or family.

I would hesitate before shooting a regular diet of +p+ through the gun; even if it can handle it, the service life will still be reduced (maybe from infinite to almost infinite... but will still go down).

If I understand things correctly, +P is a SAAMI specification, but +P+ is not. So that would tell me yes on +P and no on +P+.

Thanks Guys. No +P+ going in my 9. You guys are awesome, and by the way I confronted the person who told me other wise and he shut up quick. I don't like fly by night know it all's like him, from now on I coming to the true source like you guys.
