I had to call 911 to report a emergency that Mc Donald's was out of chicken McNuggets

With all due respect......I think you missed the point of staying on the phone with them....it's not just "how to get there" that is needed from them to assist you. Their job is not to just get a location.

If an employee is following the policies and procedures he is told to follow, it doesn't necessarily mean he is doing his job correctly. If the policy or procedure is wrong, everyone who is following or enforcing that wrong policy or procedure is wrong, too.
It's not at all unusual for supervisors to give wrong orders.

That's not how it works. There is SOP and digital text/script, etc.....not what a supervisor tells them to do.

I realize that. My point is how it should work. Reason and logic should trump policy and procedure. Blind procedure followers do not command our respect.
