CABIN FEVER PIC UPDATE

Man I'm bout to go nuts here.
I was sick for so long then started feeling better and caught things up round the house here and then the weather set in . It's either been snow,rain or just too dang cold to get outside.
I have a new mountain bike needs ridein and a new rifle needs shooting and I'm stuck here in the house cause its been rain in for the past week.
Done seen every thing there is to see on TV at least twice and goggled every thing I was even remotely interested in and done worn out a deck of cards playin solitaire .
Hope the weather breaks soon.
I feel like a fox in a trap and bout to chew my own foot off to get out of here LOL.

I can feel our pain! I too am 'trapped' in the house during the cold weather due to my COPD. Very cold air constricts my breathing passages and causes me to have a REALLY hard to getting breath; not good. I cannot wait till it get warmer and I can get out and turn gunpowder into noise. This has been one aggravating Winter...
Sitting on the front porch and throwing snowballs at the cars driving by is fun.

Would you believe out of all the guns I own I don't have a single 22LR handgun?
I once had a Ruger MK1 [ red medallion in the grips].It wasn't one of the Anniversary models it was one of the first run Rugers. I didn't know what I had , I never even shot it .I bought it for 150 bucks I think , brought it home and put it in the shelf in the closet and there it stayed for about 2 years till I traded it on some other gun . I took it back to the LGS I bought it from and they didn't know what it was either .That's the place where I bought a matching number Nazi proof marked early production Gewehr 43 milled not sand cast bolt for $225.00, didn't know what that was till after I sold it for nothing. Now if you can find one in the shape that one was in they bring $4,000.00+ If I ever run across another one like the one I had I WILL knaw my foot off for it LOL.

Mine didn't have the scope on it , but they all had the rail for mounting a scope

Thanks one bullet , she's a sweet shooter .It's a softer shooter than my M1A "loaded" even though it's 2 pounds lighter . That muzzle break really does the trick .
Hardly more felt recoil than my CAR 15 and stays on target just as good . Folks complain about them being loud, but I think their shooting them at a range with a roof over their head .Outside it's no louder than my fill sized Kimber.45 ACP shooting 230gr +p hollow points.
Gonna be sudden death on deer and hopefully a hog or two
