He probably should have knocked first. Smart girl. If a young lady is gonna break up with someone it's a good idea for her next boyfriend to be a big mean SOB! :lol:

Another graduate of the school of hard knocks. Hope he doesn't have to go to summer school.

Hi,

Lessee, here: he breaks and enters at property one, gets whacked with a face full of firewood, runs out and tries to B&E a second property? Doesn't sound like a quick learner from here... if I were into predictions, the one for him would be for a rather short life, his demise hastened by his stupidity. Like maybe stalking the ex until it leads to a bad case of lead poisoning? :(

Hey Rick, maybe he was just addled when he broke into the second one. Still he could been injected with some lead or copper, causing him to be transported to another plane of existence? Some people's learning curve is shallow.

From The Article::
Matthew Lawrence Bergstedt had been in a relationship with a woman who lived in the apartment in the 6500 block of Shanda Drive, police said, and he kicked in the back door.
When a man inside smacked him with the firewood, Bergstedt fled and broke into a vacant apartment nearby, police said.

What is the lesson to take away from this? Don't kick in the back door, you might get smacked in the puss with some oak wood.
Something tells me, that he has yet to learn something as basic as that, and he will repeat his foolishness, ASAP!

UH, wait, he repeated it right after he was smacked. He is too stupid to learn and will be killed someday; maybe by the next guy behind the door.

The firewood did the trick but the ol' shovel is still the best one for that purpose. At least you get the big CLANG!!!!!

A pitching wedge would also be a good choice as it is designed to take big divots. Maybe a little old school but I have heard good things about tire irons.

No doubt a tire iron would work but would you have to keep a flat tire by the door for the police to take a picture of?????????????

Just a thought..............

Probably should have some kind of a fireplace (even a gas one :D ) if you're going to use a log......

heck, I like the barrels of my sawed off 10 gauge, the he can have a couple rounds of buckshot that's in it.

Back when I was in high school, I knew a guy (another high school kid) that got himself arrested driving in LA because he had a lug wrench under his drivers seat.

I imagine that his attitude and other things also had a lot to do with his arrest, but the main point was that lug wrench.
