I too would suggest RW Gripframes. The only brass g/f's from Ruger are of the MR3-DB,, dragoon type,, that are the same shape as the Super Blackhawk.
I’ve got an original Ruger brass frame which has the same shape as a Super Blackhawk. It will fit ANY old model Ruger single action revolver.
Will have to get into storage if you want pics.

Didn’t think of that. I offered one that was MR3-DB with no reply. Kind of looked like he wanted the XR3-RED shape as there was no reply. Would be willing to pass and let him have it. Seems that PM should have been done after a message. Oh well..
alls fair in love and war, but at least say, if he passes. im be interested...or ill take seconds if he passes. not being a butt head here, we are all friends here. this fellow ship we have on here deserves it. but you know that my old friend.

I apologize for my tardy replies. I DID reply to a couple of IMs but it looks like not all of them.
I don't have my phone glued to my ear and it has been blizzard conditions the last couple of days. Most of my time has been shoveling.
To re-emphasize, the gun is an old model single six, .22 magnum and it has the XR3-red frame. I might go as high as $250, so with that criteria I'd like to see some pics.
(it also has the older narrow trigger)

The MR3-DB grip frame will be Super Blackhawk configured with a slot for a wide trigger. It will work with the standard trigger, but there will be some extra space in the trigger slot. Grips will need to be the larger Super Blackhawk style. If you like what PapaDetail shows you (GypsmJim) buy it and I’ll catch one some other time. If you don’t want it, I will buy it as stated. Hope this is fair and pleases everybody.
Headed to storage unit today and will forward pics to those intetested this evening. Will also check as I think I’ve got a 3 screw wide serrated trigger (used take-off) as well if GypsmJim would need one.

GypsumJim...If whichever gripframe you get, narrow or wide trigger slot, you have trigger options.
