Just a quick pic of my new addition.

I like the badger grips. I have a second set coming in for my SP101 for Christmas. I have the boot grips. A pretty gun.

Thanks for the comments. Yes, I really like the Badger grips. Jim is really great to deal with. Will more than likely get a GP 100 for the new year and will order a set for it.Samuel

Ruger Packer, yes they are longer. The last groove gives you a place for your little finger. I have fairly large hands and these grips seem to fit me well. If you don't already know these are from Jim badger in South Carolina.
very nice man to do business with. Google badger grips and you will get his site.

ah I want the exact pistol, though plan on keeping the same grips and adding some type of redwood inserts. Any suggestions, I like red on black...

Those are neat little guns. But I guess I'm alone in prefering the look of the Hogue rubber grips on mine. To each his own. Enjoy!

I understand your feeling. I have a set of Hogue Rubber grips and also a pair of Hogue Wood grips for my sp101, and I change back and forth between the two. I like the looks of both.

VERY NICE. I had to change the grips on my 3" with a similar style grip like yours. I needed a place to rest my little finger! Only one problem with the 3" is finding a holster as most are made for the 2 1/2". I found a Bianchi for a Smith M&P from about 15 years ago that I had on hand was just the right size. Carry it, shoot it, and totally enjoy it!

My wife will not be happy but after seeing your 101 I know I need another in 3 in. with wood that looks great.

Thanks for the great comments everyone. Yes it looks good and shoots good! Hope everybody had a warm and wonderful holiday.

Happy New year!

Samuel

Good looking grips and nearly the perfect barrel length. I've got two S&W's in that length and they make good CCW guns. I'd really like a Ruger in that length, but with a S&W rear sight on it. The slim blade on some Rugers just doesn't do it for me. Rodfac HMMMMM maybe a little custom gunsmithing would work out....
