SP 101 Bobbed Hammer

Has Ruger made this available so I can switch out my full hammer?

If you can't get a spurless hammer from Ruger you can find another spurred SP hammer and use a Dremmel tool cut off blade to remove the spur. Then use the little drum sanding attachment to shape & smooth the hammer. Then finish with sandpaper & polish. Of course it won't be DAO but will be spurless. I've done this with GP100 hammers.

Bobbed hammer. Hammer spur has been removed and the toe polished. Now DAO hammer. Used for awhile and then reinstalled my oem spurred hammer. Pic of hammer and hammer installed in my pistol.
