Does anyone know (roughly) when Ruger switched to the plastic boxes for the Mark IIs?

Late 1998/early 1999 (approx. 221-95xxx) is when the last of the mark II models went to plastic which were the 10" models. All other models made the switch just before that.

My Mark II Gov't Target Model S/N 219-9510X purchased in January 1995 came with its plastic box. The plastic box has a date stamp under the receiver portion of the box of 3/94.
