Sure, why not. Ruger just plugged the gas port so they could be English compliant.
Hey, its legal to have silencers in England too...figure that one out?
Ruger also made some Super Redhawks in .357 Mag. and .44 Mag. also with 21" barrels so they could be English compliant. Can you imagine holding a 21" Super Redhawk out at arms length? Would be nice to get an example or two of those back in the states. Would make neat conversation pieces!
