Boise 2016....my thoughts

Well I just rolled in from Boise, great time with old friends and found a few new ones, free beer on the plane ride home on Alaska air lines, Seattle wins, free beer all week! Gotta love that...

Thanks to Hank and Susie, nice folks there....

As far as winning "Best of Show"....that was nice, mostly because it came from you folks......thanks again.

Auction went well, great stuff, generosity on bidding, and all to OUR great cause. I recommend others to go.....I will again some day.

Seriously, a BIG congrats on your Best of Show. That's a ultra rare piece to have in our world of collecting. I'd love to do the Boise show myself,,, but it's not at a good time of the year for me. Hank & Susie do one heck of a job!

For clarification, Scott's display won the "BROS" award (Best Ruger of Show). This award is presented by Chad Hiddleson of RENE for the most unique, rare & historical single piece of Ruger history. Scott's one of only two known prototype Ruger single shot pistols meets the ctiteria for the "BROS$ award hands down! Once again, congratulations Scott!
