Here are a few more of mine the first pic shows at the top a cheap K-Bar knock off ,far left and far right my diving knives ,in the middle left to right ,my Gerber MK II,Winchester bowie and my Gkock fighter with my 7 1/2 Super Black Hawk for size comparison

The Gerber MK II is 6 3/4" long and 1/4"thick and 1" wide at the base and the serial# is 057XX .It's a dagger w/a 1/2 serrated blade and has a steel skull crusher pommel.
The Glock is 6 1/2" long has a "lite bowie" blade it's 1/4"thick and 7/8' wide ,has a kydex handle and a steel pommel .
TheWinchester bowie is 8 3/4 "long 1 7/8" wide and 3/16" thick /a full lengith tang 1/4"thick brass hilt and rosewood /ebony lamated handle w/ brass rivets.
As you can see I like my knives too .

Hey Lou, I have the exact same dive knife shown on the right side. I bought it before I moved to the Bahamas for a year in the early eighties and just last week it moved to CO with my youngest son to serve him as he works as a white water guide this summer. Old but still scary sharp and even the rubber straps are still solid. The hilt is scarred from cracking hatchet conch shells open while out diving so I could have the raw innards for a snack while diving but other than that, it is still in great shape.

how do you like that Glock? I've been thinking about ordering one.

I like it a lot .It's a good fightig knife for the money .It holds an edge well and had a nice hard pummel on it .The only thing I don't like is the scabord ,it's made of some sort of hard plastic and has a latch that snaps over the hilt of the knife to secure it but I find it hard to draw the knife quickly and the way it attached to the belt is a little odd too but for $35.00 bucks it's a good deal .If I lost it I would replace it .

Thanks for the insight. I've read other reviews that said the same thing about the sheath. It looks like it would be handier and more useful than a Ka-Bar, but still durable enough to take a beating.

Thanks a lot for the Glock info....I thought about picking one up for round the house work.

At that price I wouldn't feel bad hitting dirt, flipping rocks, and cutting roots with it.
