BKH44 Consecutive # Boxes

I recently acquired these two boxes and they are marked for a consecutive pair of guns. I don't know much about these, looks like the are from about 1971. One box has wax paper, instruction booklet and warranty card, the other just the warranty card. I will be offering these up for sale here, but thought perhaps someone had these guns, as I know some of you collect consecutive numbered guns. I would like to see these go to someone if they have the guns. I see where one of these boxes sold several years ago, asking price was $185. Not sure what they are worth, but they are in great shape.

well you got the numbers out there, for the world to see ,good luck, but the odds are you can make two other people very happy with a couple of NICE boxes, for two different peoples guns......the origin of just where you got these boxes will put you closer as to the whereabouts of the guns, as you say some folks just gotta play the numbers games and love consecutive stuff,,, but me, I would simply clean off the red china marker ( seriasl numbers) , make them "un-numbered" and go from there
