Bisley Vaquero 45colt value

I am tasked with selling a friends Bisley Vaquero in 45colt. He has a non- consecutive pair and wants to sell one. 5 1/2" barrel and case hardened. Has had a nice action job done. Shows some wear on the ejector rod housing and a faint wear on the left sde of the muzzle. This revolver was used in cowboy action shooting, but doesn't have a high round count. Includes original box and paperwork. Value estimate? $450? Opinions?

Based on east coast prices, I would say $325 to $350 and if it goes on an auction site, you're likely to top out around that.

If so, I sure can't find any stainless in that price range. I'd guess 450. If I'm wrong, show me a pair of original model stainless bisley vaqueros in that price range, and I'll buy them today.

Up here, to get $400 they'd have to be 98% and we dont have a huge CAS crowd.

His ad doesn't describe a stainless gun, it's a blue one and his guns aren't consecutive numbers, they're random. On the east coast, $325 to $350 is a realistic figure. Gunbroker has dozzens in the $450 range and higher but if they don't sell, it means the market won't support that price range.

I realize his is blue. Stainless goes for a little more here in the midwest, but often less then ten percent more from what I have seen in the last several months.

I agree gunbroker has a bunch that never sell, but I also don't see sellers relisting them with lower prices either. I'd love two find two in a realistic price range, but no luck in a while, even with no concern of serial number.
