Big Boy 327 Brass Carbone out yet?eed he;[ SP 101

I want to put a red dot mount on my 3' 327 SP 101 and I have one of those rear sights that is windage adjustable only and it is in the way. How do I remove this sight? This is the style that is a small blade in a "cut" in the top of the gun. Thanks for any help you can give me with this.
