My experience is that Kelye does respond, but sometimes it takes some time for him to do so. I just got an email from him last week about my inquiry, and sent an order off to him.
Print the order form off of the website, fill it out and mail it in w/payment. The basepin will show up soon after. That's how I've done it with success.
