Another option:
Buy our wonderful Ruger Bearcat Shopkeeper Walnut Laminate grips available in a variety of natural and laminated woods, they are hand finished with six coats of lacquer.

They state, "Ruger factory medallions can be added."

Altamont offers these varieties:
The Ruger Bearcat is a single-action, .22 caliber revolver introduced in 1958 and known for its compact size and frame.

For $12, you can have them add their "Lone Star" medallions.
I would find out the diameter of those medallions, and see if I could find a pair of Ruger medallions in the same diameter.
Whether Altamont would sell you a pair ready for your medallions, or whether you'd need to pop out their medallions and pop yours in… it should be an easy project, IF their medallions are the same diameter as Ruger's.

Anyway… it might take a small amount of finagling, but it certainly appears to be "doable."
