I’ve had some extra time this week, so I was able to make it back to the range today.
I brought this gun. What pure joy it is to shoot. I don’t take it out as much as I should.
I bought it used a long long time ago. It hadn’t been fired until I bought it. Coming with the yellow box even.
I was able to get some Herrett (spelling) grips for it also. The Shooter’s Box used to sell them for $50. I should have bought more…
So I brought this gun and the Model 41. Both worked flawlessly mostly CCI standard velocity. That is”regular” ammo. Then I tried some sub sonic ammo from Aguila. Both guns protested almost every shot.
