Baby is fine. A man cut the umbilical cord with a pocketknife.

NYC police arrested him for having a knife and brandishing it in public. (100% kidding. But a person could almost believe it as it is NYC. Gang bangers wave Glocks around with no consequences. But an honest citizen with a pocketknife. :eek: )

I tried to find a link without all the pop up nonsense. Baby and mom are doing fine.
It is a nice feel good story of people working together.
