Hi, maybe, maybe not. My father died 19 days after he was diagnosed with lung cancer. A friend's Mom made it less than a week after her diagnosis, also lung cancer.

Anyway, there sure was a lot of good music to enjoy, thanks to Mr. Thomas. Rest in peace, Sir!

While in Veit Nam, I remember listening to his song "I'm so lonesome I could cry" on a little tape recorder. It sure made me homesick. If I remember right it's a Hank Williams song but this rendition was by BJ Thomas.
