ATF investigating California fires

The correct alphabet description of the ATF is ATFE, the E is for explosives. If and only if the fires were started by some terrorist group, then not only would the ATFE be involved but the FBI, National Guard, local Law Enforcement groups, etc., etc. Terrorists' groups watch the weather just like most of us civilians do, and they could well figure out just when and where to start such fires. It has already been determined that known folks with terrorist background have migrated into the U.S. If it has been determined that terrorists have created such terrible fires which has taken lives and billions of dollars to our economy there would be no prison terms sufficient for them, only executions of the worst kind, by a burning furnace!

I know it is a tragedy for a number of people who lost their homes but really? Ever since I can remember, this time of the year California has been on fire... it is just normal.
Seems to be big news for some reason even though historically it's like the weather channel reporting there is going to be snow in the North East this Winter.

The BATFE, FBI, Homeland Security, and etc will determine it was done by some group, pick our latest enemy we have at the moment, and then Trump will order them bombed and we'll spend a couple billion dollars protecting ourselves and also have to replace those munitions keeping our Industrial Military Complex up and running and then a decade or so later on the 8th page of the paper (if there still is such a thing) it will be reported they made a mistake and it was some little kid setting off a firecracker.

So, they 'investigate' and discover there was some sort of political plot involved. Then what? Dust under the rug and move along folks, nothing to see here? Typical waste of time and $$ to make a show and then cover up.

Well, hurricanes happen annually. Should we not help those who suffer loss from those?

I'm all in favor of helping the folks hit by the fires in California... Just be aware their are folks in North Carolina that probably don't know or at least care about these fires since they are trying to survive in tents and don't have Cable or Satellite TV anymore ... or a house. I just am amazed that every year it is a head line in the news that California is on fire, once again.

Nature just preparing the ground for the annual mudslide festival.

I too feel a lot of heartache for those in Ca. that have been burned out. Help them if you can.

But just today,, I went to Asheville NC. One of the areas of WNC that was devastated by Helene. I had to take a very different route,, in a very popular area of Asheville,, because the road is still out. Over 3 months out now. And when I got to my customer's house,, he pointed to an area just below his house,, where 10 houses USED to be. Washed away,, completely. I also saw several places where tents were set up,, being occupied by people. And I even saw 2 people near one of the camps,, wrapped up in coats & sleeping bags,, trying to stay warm.
And locally, on the news,, there are about 3000+ people that have been put up in a hotel,, that has been paid for by FEMA money. The interesting part? FEMA has extended the payments for these rooms twice so far. But ONLY after serious pressure from the media & published reports. And right now,, they say the payments will end on 1/27/25. And the local news folks have interviewed these people,, who say that nobody at FEMA,, (when they spoke to someone,) offered any REAL assistance. In fact one lady,, who's in a motel with her 87 yr old mother,, say that the FEMA person she spoke to,, was very rude & didn't offer any help.
One guy,, who has a kidney disease,, is in a motel,, and his home is currently listed as "uninhabitable" (mold & water damage,) has not been able to get anybody from FEMA to help him either. Apparently,, FEMA thinks all these displaced people have access to internet,, and do not try & offer help, unless they "First file a report online,, and set up an inspection of their property." Well, with roads out,, and many not having internet or a computer or such,, they try to CALL FEMA,,, but get NO response.

So due to the inefficient management of the disaster by FEMA,, we may have 3000+ homeless people soon.

Now,, I know that's nowhere near the numbers in So. Ca. But still,, you'd think that after 3 months,, FEMA would have been able to reach out to people DIRECTLY to see if they could actually help them.

Exactly this...they still are finding bodies, or skeletons in NC...I guess those folks aren't as important as Kalifornians

"...I guess those folks aren't as important as Kalifornians" To the CA liberals they aren't because they vote with their brains instead of just voting lock step with the liberal Demoncrats. Let's hope that the Trump administration takes control of FEMA and makes some badly needed corrections to help the people who really need it.

have to replace those munitions keeping our Industrial Military Complex up and running
Si vis pacem, para bellum as the saying goes.

An Attack Squadron (VA 196 if I recall) had Ordie shirts made that had the outline of an A6 dropping MK series with snake eyes that said "those who long for peace must prepare for war" on the front and Ordies loading a rack on the back. Thought that was awesome. For A6 guys anyway.....
It's not government's job to "fix" life's calamities for you. They ain't your daddy.

Ahhhh but that's where everyone tends to become of a liberal mindset and want handouts. Only difference is that the handout is warranted in some calamities.

What a total waste of time and money! They will root around and find out some person started them. Marvelous! They won't have a clue who and the land is scorced and people dead and the $$ they used could be better used there or NC

I fully agree that the government should not be depended upon to fix everything. But the people who've been told by FEMA they will get help,, yet,, apparently can't,, are very frustrated here. And they are scared of being homeless.

BUT,,, in Asheville,, there is a place known as "ABCCM" which stands for "Asheville, Buncombe County Christian Ministries" where they are trying to offer as much help where FEMA is failing. But their resources won't be enough. But they do have a lot of connections & they are working hard to help as much as they can.

In Calif,,,, these fires are horrible. It's amazing at the number of homes lost vs the number of deaths. So many tragedies, and so little help in general.

Growing up,, we didn't have FEMA or other places for people to get help. Yet,, local churches,, & other volunteer places took care of their own. We have seen a lot of that locally,, but many have a long way to go to get back to a somewhat normal life.

I hope the people in Calif have some truly good places to help them get through this.

So are you saying it was a false flag event of which the mayor was a co-conspirator, so not only did she leave the country so she would have an excuse for not helping in putting it out but is also the reason she cut the fire fighter budget by 6.5 million dollars so they wouldn't have a decent chance of putting it out to start with? Perhaps this is why they made it illegal to do controlled burns and drained the reservoir before hand to help further aid in this the false flag event [just ask the insurance companies, they knew]. You think that they went as far as to set a handloaders house afire in order to further their communist cause of disarming us? Is this why one of the three letter agencies in the government is so interested in this particular event as opposed to other crisis (e.g. - such as with the hurricane victims)? Why is it that this would not surprise me one bit?

I met exactly one ATF Special Agent so far. I had about nine pounds of fffg black powder, Goex, the real stuff stolen in a burglary. I thought it was important to report it to BATF. So, this guy drives all the way up from Albuquerque and knocks on my door. He then tells me he is a BATF SA but forgot his badge and credential wallet in the car downstairs. I replied, "who would claim he was so who was not?" What Officer Malone of the Chicago PD said to Elliot Ness in "The Untouchables", more or less. He replied "Except we are no longer part of The Treasury Department". Anyway, he turned out to be the son of a neighbor and that is why he was routed my report. So he could visit his folks. Nice enough guy. How efficient an investigator I cannot say. Not that the ATF did anything. Nine pounds was below their radar he said.
