I laddered a couple of loads for my ar10
#1 was the Barnes 150 grain tsx-fn, these are flat nose meant for 30-30. I had a bunch so tried to make some reduced recoil loads for my wife. Only one shot well at 1.08" but they did not feed reliably (had 2 that ftf'd) and seemed to like a lot of jump.
#2 was the 155 grain Sierra TMK, now these were a different story. All the loads shot well but the last shot best. It was 44.9 grains of Varget, all using factory primed Federal brass. I stopped here due to ejector swipes on the brass.
