Anyone tried the Fastmag loader??

Yep, I am interested also. I have a board that I put my .223 cartridges on and push them into my mags in under 30 seconds. I hope this works as well? Sure would save wear and tear on my arthritic hands.

No, I just now took the plunge. Credit card isn't even cold yet.
Most of those "speed loader" thingies put lots of stress on the feed lips of single feed mags. If I was using the mags in a purely SD handgun, I wouldn't even consider using a speed loader.
For "alternate feed" magazines (AR 15 primarily), strippers w/guides are OK but even then I'd prefer a MagLULA that depresses the previous round to make room for the next. Way less stress than strippers and way less chance of damaging feed lips.

I use a Maglula, which works well for me. I don't load so many magazines that I would find it burdensome to load rounds one by one with my device, which works well for my arthritic hands when loading 9mm, 40 S&W, or 45 acp.
When I saw the video promoting the Fastmag it appeared that your rounds awaiting loading would have to be in a holder that allowed for the lip of the round to be above the edge of the holder so that the Fastmag could fit between the two surfaces. I use only factory ammo and I don't think the Fastmag would work to get the rounds out of the typical box of 50.

Appears to be a scam. Waiting for genuine Citibank bill to figure out next step.
