Anybody Polish Stainless?

Howdy! Does anybody polish stainless firearms? I think a Tampico wheel on a buffer motor will do a good job. Any ideas? Thanks BHK

I do I keep my Vaqeros well polished and use a buffing wheel with rouge, don't know what a Tampico wheel is educate me.

Tampico wheels are made in many variations. What one do you have?
I use a cotton buffing wheel and load it with white rouge meant for polishing SS. Both are available at almost any good hardware store. Finish with Mothers Mag Polish and a soft cotton rag.

Yeah I also use the cotton buffing wheel with white S/S rouge.

No thanks I'm getting a mirror polish already thats what buffing dose.

I have seen some pictures of mirror bright finishes on some Ruger revolvers here on the forum.
If fact there were instructions on how to get a finish like that.

I haven't polished any SS stuff of mine but I do own many alloy and previously blued steel stuff that is like a mirror now.

Brownells "555 White" will give you that mirror finish.
