Once more I have had the pleasure of traveling around the sun one more time. This makes the 88th time. So far God has seen fit to keep me vertical and relatively functional. I am doing my best to maintain my present life style and health.

Congratulations! I finished my 65th trip last week. My Dad will have his 91st on the 22nd, God willing. My grandparents lived well into their 90's. There may be some truth to that "today's 90 is yesterday's 80", and so on. I don't really feel any different than I did in my 50's, but for the knees and hips. When you work on your feet, that is to be expected.

Well I don't smoke or drink but I do have other vices. I kidding say that my goal is to live to be 100 and shot by a jealous husband.All the best!

Actually for breakfast I had eggs with leftover taco fillings and a salad ... three slices of bacon with a parsley sprig for the greens.
