Had my last failure about 350 rounds ago (at about the 250 mark). Had quite a few failures early especially with the factory 8 round mag. Finally left the factory mags loaded for a couple of weeks and that seemed to sort out the feed problems with the 8 rounder.
It was pretty tight, and still isn't as smooth as my SA Loaded, but I still like it a lot, but I am not an "experienced" 1991 shooter in that I have never shot a 1911 that cost more than some 3rd world countries GNP. :wink:
