I was just writing out my anniversary card to sweetie. It's tomorrow, so if she doesn't shoot me before midnight it will be 19.
I know many of ya'll here have been married lots longer.
How about a different thread. How long did you know her before getting married?
I met my wife, I was a teacher's assistant in a university class and she was a student...This was in Bulgaria so I didn't break any laws. But it took 3 seconds to realize she was the one. We dated for 2 years and a couple months first though...I've said it before, but on our first date we had to bring a dictionary.
Anyone get married right away? Does stuff like that ever last?
I got to thinking about that question, the other day we wondered if our daughter would end up divorced. She commented it seems like the "new normal." I figured she would probably not get divorced, my only reasoning being both sets of her grandparents are not divorced. Not sure if that is solid reasoning or not...
