Almost fall on the Chesapeake.

Not many days like this left in the year. Did some trolling and casting, but nothing cooperated. I didn’t care though. I had to cut my outing a few hours short because work emailed. My fault so even that didn’t bother me.

And just a few more miles into New England, Fall was approaching too.



And before we knew it, we were racing to get around Hurricane Dorian! We made it with room to spare. :mrgreen:

I spent time on Chesapeake Bay. Wintered over at Aberdeen Proving Ground. A long time ago.

That picture was taken from the upper bay looking toward Edgewood Arsenal property.
Weather on the water can change quickly. While the bay can get nasty quick, I know it’s nothing like the ocean.
