I haven't been lost; I'm just having LOADS of "fun" with my Frontier Internet service ( a tech can arrive by Sept. 15 (scheduled on the 5th of Sept.)Plus fighting with my new laptop, microsoft and all the rest of it.

If you ever had Windows 8 you'd think Windows 10 is perfection in an operating system.

Hang in there, only 7 days to wait. Exercise those fingers to prevent strain from catching up on the forum.

Pam . . . my only suggestion is when the frustration level gets high, shut down
everything and walk away. Give it anything from twenty minutes to several hours
(depending on frustration level), re-read the material you are working on, and try
it again.

Being over thirty ( :roll: ) this is becoming a far better way of handling these
(BLINKETY-BLANK) things and relegating them to something I can deal
with.

I'll be happy when you can get things resolved. 8)
