Found these critters in my back yard this afternoon. They wouldn't stand still long enough for many good pictures though.

They are Mule Deer

They are sure differant from ours with no prominent frontal patch, a black tail is a sub species of muledeer. Dr.C

We are on the east side of the dividing line of the Cascade range. The west side is almost all Blacktail, the east side is Mule Deer,however some inner mixing is possible and There surely can be some difference in species from different areas :?: :roll: :?:
