A google Alternative

I have been using this site for about six months. The tracking adds stopped immediately.

I think it especially fitting that when I viewed this this morning google was the sponsor.

DuckDuckGo has some interesting search results. Not ANYTHING like
Google or any of the others. They also include a link to "other information"
from the initial hit. They seem to be doing a good job with results.

I'm not going full tilt into it, but it does look to be worth trying.

Try Ixquick.

I like it much better than Duck Duck Go, and I can set it to show a list of up to 100 results per page, rather than the usual 10.
No tracking so they don't pop up a bunch of ads on the page.

Been using Duckduckgo for about a year or more..works perfect for me and no "feedback" in the form of ads or popups..
