Spotted this one for sale in AZ. A real beauty in 45-70. I have always wanted an engraved gun but this one seems to me to be about $1000 overpriced. Or am I just too cheap? I would part with 3 grand for one of the cased Ruger/Lyman centennial ones.

Definitely fishing there. All the ones I've seen on GB have been between 1700 and 2000. I bought mine NIB and love it. Very accurate, but I wouldn't have paid 2k let alone 3k for it.
