4D Reamers ?

I've done business in the past with them so I figured I would use them again.
Sunday I placed an order to rent a 357 cylinder throat reamer from them. When I got up Monday I checked my order and it says my credit card payment is pending, and still says that now. I left an email with them and two messages by phone to contact me. But no response back.
Does anyone know if they are still in business? Or what might be going on with them?

He said he's been real busy and their is a problem with his bank updating? But he's showing my card was excepted. But the 357 reamer is out and it might take 3 weeks for me to get it.

You could just send the cylinder here you'd have it back in half that time for not much more than the rental and finished with a Sunnen hone!

I already used 4-D's reamer for this project.
