Memorial Day time to reflect and thank all those who made it possible for me to enjoy my 41 addiction.

I shot the Clements octagon Acusport yesterday at 50yds. I was shooting 265 gr laser casts and shot my best groups ever. Moved to 100 yds and was promptly humbled once again. Did manage to save a little dignity with the scoped bisley hunter. If it had the trigger the Clements does, I could probably post some target pics.

Thank you for your service.

Very nice display.

You know, if you keep at it, you'll have a nice collection!

Thanks for ths photos. Just noticed your location, Charlestown, WV. My uncle was one of the editors of the Charleston Gazette.

Very impressive collection of 41's. I thought about getting one of those Marlin 1894FG carbines but I was a day late and a dollar short. Can't touch them now without a bank loan. :D

How do you decide which gun to shoot on a given day? :). They all look nice!

I took serial #129 to the farm this evening to shoot it for the first time but never got the chance. Seems we had a ground hog move in and I ended up hunting him. Took a really long shot with the FA 97 in 32-20, but just made him stand up and see what all the noise was about. Went back inside and got the xp-100 in 250 savage. There is a story, but short and sweet is a 194yd shot did it.

Very very nice. I'm also a 41 person but not near as many as you have. Glad to see you have a Smith 657 2"er. I had mine out last week along with an Alaskan in 44. Some fun shootin'!
