Embarrased to ask this, but how do I get the factory rubber grips off this Redhawk??? There are no screws and I don't have a factory book. I know it is probably real simple, but so far I can't figure it out.

If they are Hogue's there is no screw. I thought maybe there is some sort of pinch point but can't seem to figure it out???

Yea---mystery solved. Now does anyone happen to have an extra wedge and instructions so I don't have to spend time on the phone with Ruger???

It is said that using credit cards to create the separation of grip from frame is possible. I have not tried it.
My four-inch did not come with the "tool". I guess yours did not either.
Luckily I had one floating around from putting Hogues on J Frames.

Looks to me like you could use any wedge shaped item to make the rear of the grip spread a little. I would check the kitchen for a spatula or orange peeler type deal. I'm thinking Tupperware item made of plastic.
